About Us

From our heartsto your home.

Diamond Bridge Care was founded to bridge the gap between hospital discharge and a safe, supported recovery at home for families across Greater Houston.

Our story

Diamond Bridge Care was founded by Kevin Pyles after witnessing firsthand how overwhelming the transition from hospital to home can be for families. Inspired by his grandfather's recovery journey and supported by the healthcare expertise of RN advisor Diamond Pyles, the agency was built to provide dependable, compassionate care when families need it most.

We're a Texas-based, locally owned non-medical home care agency built on a simple belief: inviting someone into your home to care for yourself or a loved one is one of the most important decisions a family can make—so care should feel personal, not transactional.

Our mission

To provide hospital-to-home recovery support families can rely on—helping clients recover safely and comfortably at home across Greater Houston.

Why this matters now

Every year thousands of Greater Houston families find themselves unexpectedly navigating recovery after surgery, illness, or hospitalization. Our mission is to make sure no family has to do it alone.
